Planning & Coordination

Be it a wedding, party or conference, the date and number of guests you are looking to host is all we need is to get started. After getting a sense of your vision and style during your one-on-one consultation with Nicol, we can begin the necessary planning and organising for the function. From the invites and decor through to the catering and fon-site managing of your occasion. Make no mistake, the Secret Gardens will handle all the nitty gritty details of your event.

Food & Catering

Our well-equipped kitchen and experienced chef are well-versed in catering for weddings, high teas, parties, conferences and other functions. From traditional South African cuisine to unique and contemporary foodie experiences, we offer a range of menu choices that can be suited for dietary restrictions. Menu options can be chosen according to your budget and can be served with waitors or displayed buffet style.

Flowers & Decor

While the Secret Gardens Function Venue already has a vintage glam edge, Nicol will discuss decor options with you to put your personal stamp on the occasion. From bouquets and flowers to table decor and personalised laser cut stationary – we offer all the services needed for functions and events under one roof. We can also assist in the wedding cake, personalised take-home gifts, and setting up of the photobooth.
